did I test too soon?

i took an early test yesterday it’s still 7-6 days till my missed period/ it came back negative but I feel like I might be pregnanct- I feel sick,have back ache etc.
do you think the test would’ve picked it up and I should just accept I’m not.
im really disappointed

If the hCG in your system is high enough to cause symptoms then it’s high enough to be detected.

However that doesn’t mean you’re out. It’s too early to test, wait until at least 12 dpo.

As above if your symptoms were pregnancy related then the hcg causing them would be high enough to show on a test. That said you are still too early, you’re not out until af shows up
