Ovulation after MMC/surgical management

Hello.

Does anyone know/ have experience of TTC after a MMC? It's been 3 weeks since my surgical management and my pregnancy tests are almost negative now. Does anyone know how long after a proper negative test you would ovulate? I haven't used any ovulation tests yet as I've still got pregnancy hormones so it wouldn't be worth it yet. I know its possibly a how long is a piece of string type question but I'm just wondering if anyone else has any experience of this etc.

I am sorry for your loss
I ovulated around a week after my mmc and surgical management.
I know this because I got pg.

Thanks! That was a nice quick ovulation for you. Was that pregnancy OK? I was still bleeding/spotting up until a few days ago. Plus was still getting dye stealer tests until last week. So I think my ovulation annoyingly will be a while yet. I think I'll start using the ovulation sticks in a couple of days. Fingers crossed anyway.

That pregnancy is 18 now 😁
It was very hard mentally to be honest both before and after her birth so I don’t recommend it but at least I didn’t have time to worry about getting pg again

I don’t think I ovulated until I had a period, I got ewcm 2 weeks after passing the pregnancy but I was still getting faint positives by then! I got my period 4 weeks after and then ovulated 2 weeks from then xx

About 20 weeks afterwards! Had a period first then ovulated.

About 2.5weeks after the surgery, however my surgery was for retained products, which was already 5 weeks after naturally passing some of the embryo. So that’s all additional time for the hormones to drop, but just remain positive enough and continue bleeding due to the retained products.
