Tracking BBT - TTC

Hi everyone! It's our second cycle TTC and first cycle tracking my BBT and I find it all so interesting, I'm learning so much about my body that I didn't even think of before. I'd like to see others graphs that are TTC and how their graph reflected a BFN or BFP. I'm 5DPO and temperature dipped yesterday but back up again today.

@Ttcsecond yeah you need to temp within a 2hr window as soon as you wake up before you even get out of bed for it to be accurate. When does AF normally come?

@emmatcc1 you just need a thermometer that has 2 decimal spaces

I do temp within an hour but I still think that hour makes a difference in temperature. I’m due af on Thursday .

5DPO today, had a lot of creamy cm for the past two days, nausea this morning (way to early to be related so probably just hunger 😅)

My temp has gone up but had late nights and late morning the past few days so don’t know how accurate they are.

6DPO today but no symptoms. Again don’t feel like this is my month. Xx

@Ttcsecond see how your temp is this week with some normality, still very early for symptoms yet as well so I'm still 🤞🏼 for you. Hope you had a lovely weekend away xx

Here’s mine. First cycle TTC #2. Irregular cycles that have been investigated and put down to beginnings of peri. Thought I had ovulated CD 13/14 as had ov pain etc, but no temp shift so have kept going.
OPKs are useless for me; it was the same with my first child. For me CM seems much more reliable as an indicator of being fertile.

@Ttcsecond eeeeek I'm excited for you!! I hope my temp goes up again tomorrow but looking at my graphs they don't seem to get overly high early on anyway so I'll have to see.

I feel okay, bar the nausea yesterday but that's gone and I've got a hell of a lot of creamy cm which I had with my CP as well. But again could just be normal xx

@emmatcc1 sorry to hear your temps dropped, how's it looking today?

@Ttcsecond my temp rose this morning at 7dpo, I caved and did a test which was obviously negative. Haven't had any symptoms bar the usual pulling but I feel like I get that every month & a lot of creamy cm but that's all xx

Morning. 7dpo would be super early to get a positive. Your temp is nice and high.

I thought my boobs felt slightly sore so did a test with SMU which was negative. Silly me. Temp rose a bit today. Xx

@Ttcsecond yours is looking super positive, and a nice 6dpo dip as well 🤞🏼

We're both guilty 🤣 I'm going to just temp now and then see if AF comes next week rather than waste some more tests. Again 8dpo would be early to get a positive especially if yesterdays dip was implantation xx

@Ttcsecond I never know whether to put the first temp in when I initially wake up even though it's a bit earlier, or the second after I've been back to sleep.

Yesterday I woke up at 5 and temp was 36.40 then went back to sleep til about 615/630 and it was 36.59. If I use the 36.40 temp this is what my graph looks like, I've put it so it's next to my cp graph (in blue)

@Angelselevenx It’s hard isn’t it, but I would say your first as it’s after your longest sleep.

@Ttcsecond yeah I'd say the first too, I guess it'll never be 100%. Yeah they do, bar a day out but I guess that's from O being a day earlier

@Angelselevenx I'm not feeling my best but that’s stress and being busy. Tried to buy some FRERs today and couldn’t find any anywhere.

Got some easy@home ones still and some boots early tests which I might use tomorrow morning but not feeling hopeful.

I've had a fair bit of cramping today and a bit of backache but we all know pms and pregnancy symptoms are so similar. I think I'm going to hold out testing and just see what my temp does. The only thing throwing me off is how similar this month and my cp month is xx

@Angelselevenx i had a look earlier and all the two pack ones weren’t available until the 9th. But just ordered two of the single ones that say will be here Saturday but hopefully will be earlier.

Temp went up again today. Took a cheap test and thought I saw a shadow but think I jus t have line eyes/evap. Feeling a little disappointed now.

@Ttcsecond omg I do see a shadow 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 assuming you're 9DPO today? It's still early, take another one tomorrow!

I haven't tested anymore, temps dropped a bit at 8dpo so I'm feeling disappointed and disheartened too 😣 I know it's still early but my LP is only 11/12 days so if it goes down again tomorrow AF is on her way. xx

@Angelselevenx Yep 9dpo today. If it is a line was much stronger by this point with my chemical so I don’t think it’s real.

Your temp hasn’t dropped my much at all and still above ovulation temp. Could be an implantation dip too. Don’t lose hope yet xx
