Will I get help 2nd time round?

I'm very lucky to have a healthy DD (who is now 1yrs). Although it took my husband and I three years and two miscarriages before she came along.
Before my DD - Due to the issues we had with getting pregnant and I was classed as high risk due to my age (40) and because they discovered I have endometriosis. We were referred to the NHS for investigation which concluded that it was unexplained infertility (great).

However while going through the investigation I did become pregnant naturally and the docs then kept a close eye on me. I was also put on cyclegest (not sure on the spelling) to help prevent another miscarriage.

Sorry but my question is... now we would like to try for a 2nd baby and I know that the odds are against us but we want to try. Can I get help from the NhS again?

Has anyone had any experience or any advice on what to do?

I'm wondering if I should contact my GP for a referral or if they will say that I will have to wait until I get pregnant to then be put under special care for checks.

Thanks in advance for any help x

You might get help to treat endometriosis if it's causing you issues but you won't get any funded ivf or anything as you already have one child xx

You won’t get funded IVF if you have a child already. And I doubt they’d repeat the tests if you had them that recently. But speak to GP about endo treatment as that’s your own health regardless of fertility.
