Lonely first time TTC

It’s our first time TTC and AF is here and cycle 9 begins. It’s breaking me each month and I feel so alone. Is there anything I should or shouldn’t be doing? And advise? Can I see a doctor yet? I just want to feel a little less alone in this

9 is still early. It can take a year, so unless you are over 35 it isn't cause for concern and you don't need to call the GP.

It took me, 6 years, a failed marriage and a round of IVF. So I do understand the pain each month.

Give it more time before you worry- and you are very much not alone.

Im
sorry you feel like this, it is an anxious time so I totally get it. I have also read and been told it can take up to a year for the healthiest of couples so hang in there xx

Sorry you're finding this so tough. It's a slog.
I find focusing on fitness and nutrition is helping me feel a bit more in control. I'm reading a book called It Starts With the Egg after seeing it recommended on another mumsnet thread, it has suggestions for lifestyle changes that can help you get pregnant. It's all making me healthier anyway, so I figure there's no downside.

I'm sorry you feel like this. I'm TTC my first, only third cycle and worries it will never happen. Sending you baby dust.
