Vfl after miscarriage?

I had a septic miscarriage in January - I was very unwell and spent weeks in hospital. My periods haven’t returned properly yet - I’ve had sporadic spotting all over the place. I’ve been feeling really off for the last few days so have taken a test this morning and I’m sure there is a vfl. It isn’t clear on the photo but I’ve also tweaked and can definitely see something.

I can see something too? COuld it be retained? Or could FRER just have an evap/indent? I'm not sure? I've had loads of these that look positive but others say negative. Do you have any other typed of tests?

@ElleJones1 I have no idea if it’s in indent - do indents show up that clearly?

I’m freaking out a bit - we have not been actively trying but haven’t used protection, so knew there was a very small chance (had fertility treatment for previous 2 pregnancies). DH is freaking out as he can see it too and he is normally the first to say if I’m imagining the second line!
