LH peak only 0.88?

Hi all. My app has detected my peak OPK as being yesterday's which was at 0.88 apparently. To my eyes the test line did look at least as dark as the control line (if not slightly darker) but the app still calculated it as being below 1. Does this still indicate ovulation or does it mean my ovulation will only be weak, if at all?

Depending on timing, that could have been your peak. You could have tested two hours later and got a ratio of 1 or higher. Maybe if you’d had one less cup of tea you could have had a stronger concentration of wee. You just don’t know if you’ve peaked until your LH levels drop and stay down. I got pregnant in a month where the “best” OPK I did was 0.53. There is no just thing as weak or strong ovulation. You either ovulate or you don’t.

Are you tracking BBT?

@Anon9899 no problem, I’m currently having to reassure myself too! My OPKs are all over the place this month and I stupidly didn’t track BBT, because I couldn’t be bothered. Good luck ✨

While they should be over 1, my peak was 0.75 last month and I got my BFP! I tested twice a day so didn't miss my peak by much. I think it depends a lot on how dilute your urine is.

Hi,
if your using Premom app and you find the line with your own eyes as dark as the control line you can edit it on the app.
just slide that test result to the left and click edit (little pencil symbol) you can then change the colouring (I’ve attached a picture) I’ve had to do it to my test before.
