DTD CD12

CD13 positive OPK but didn't have a chance to DTD

Is it too late today?

The positive OPK was at midday yesterday so is it correct that there is 24-36 hours after for the egg to be released?

Update this afternoon 🤷🏻‍♀️

After ovulation an egg can live for 24 hours so I'd get DTD right now 😂😂

@Angelselevenx I would if I could, work is getting in the way 😂 hopefully this evening isn't too late

@pinkthree work gets in the way doesn't it! I think I ovulated early hours of this morning, DTD last night and going to have to pin him down before he goes off on nights tonight 😅

@Angelselevenx I think I probably did ovulate around lunch time yesterday as had cramping etc

Probably the one time on CD12 won't be enough 🤦🏻‍♀️

Sperm can live for 5 days so you never know, just try to DTD today and you'll be covered even more.

This is our second cycle for our first. Do you track BBT as well or just using ovulation sticks? X

No I've not done BBT, I struggle enough to do the ovulation tests at the moment. Have you?

I've no idea what cycle this is tbh, I never went back on the pill after the DC1 and he's 2 now. We started properly trying in July but a few months have been missed completely due to DC being ill 🤦🏻‍♀️

I started tracking my BBT this month but it's so confusing and I feel like I put pressure on myself 😅.

Aww okay, how long were TTC DC1?

@Angelselevenx I only read about it briefly but it seemed quite hard work to me compared to ovulation tests

7 months we tried with DC1 but fell pregnant first month using ovulation strips, think we had been doing it all wrong times from relying on apps 😬

@pinkthree the only thing is that it's confirmed ovulation for me so I had the peak yesterday with a temperature and temperature is starting to creep up again along with negative ovulation tests.

Aww no way, fingers crossed for you then!! The apps are difficult aren't they as you can't actually confirm so it's quite nice with the sticks to see the peak
