Please advise............5 goes @ ICSI........1 miscarriage @ 7 weeks........what now?

My best friend and her husband are both 42 years old

They have had 5 goes @ ICSI they had a positive result and then a miscarriage @ 7 weeks

They have just had full blood tests and all CHROMOSOME results are NORMAL

What do others who have been through it think?

What would they do?

Would you change drugs?

Any idea why they didn't survive after being put back again?

They are thinking about doing it again or egg donation or surrogacy?

I don't have any specialist advice, I just wanted to say that I'm so for your friend.
If it was me I would consider egg donation, but I know that the waiting list is long.
