Can I take pregnacare conception when breastfeeding?

As in the title can I take pregnacare conception vitamins when I'm still breastfeeding?

Probably, it would say if you shouldn't on the box. A lot of the vitamins would overlap with their breastfeeding one, if you compare the chart on the boxes you should be able to spot any difference and you can check if that would be ok with the drugs in breastfeeding network

You can google the nutritional information.

• Conception has more vitamin D in it than breastfeeding. (If you are actually deficient the vitamin D in both are at useless levels)
• Breastfeeding has slightly more iron in it than conception.
• Breastfeeding contains calcium while conception doesn't

So yes you can continue to take it as long as you ensure you up your calcium and know you have a good iron level.
