What's this CM

Attaching a photo of my chart, back story, PCOS normally ovulate around CD19/20. First month temping. Opks I do in morning and are still negative. Tonight I have a wetness that's a bit brown almost like old blood stained EWCM, what could this be? Normal leading up to ovulation?

I hadn't heard of this but I genuinely had brown discharge and they slight pink (very faint) spotting then started to get positive ovulation tests so could definitely be a sign. I also have pains on my right hand side x
