Infertility - having Lap & dye

Hi

I've been suffering from endometriosis for approx 12 years (now 31) and after unsucessful course of clomid have been booked in for lap & dye procedure in 5 weeks. I've had 2 laproscopies before where they removed some endo, but this time they're wanting to check my tubes (left one seemed blocked on a scan I had).

I've also, in the meantime been added to the IVF waiting list, as the waiting list is approx 12 months. I'm hoping to be blessed pretty soon following lap & dye, so just wondered if anyone's gone through similair. Am happy to hear experiences good or bad. Better being prepared!

Never been in your situation, but a aquaintance of mine fell pg straight after her lap & dye...which was fab news for her...must have unblocked some blocked tubes, I assume...I think she fell pg within a month after....wishing you the best of luck

everything went fine. was put under general which i was a bit surprised by and everything is a bit tender but the op itself is no big deal.

my results were all good which means i am all clear to go for IUI next month.

I've had this done, both tubes were completely blocked - they unblocked them & removed loads of scar tissue. I got pregnant a few months after.
