Hi I’m quite experienced now with temping and using my fertility monitor for ovulation.
my question is when your temp drops again does this mean ovulation is over?
If so then my time from first peak ovulation day to temp drop is really short every cycle.
for example I’ll get my first peak day and then the next morning my temp has always dropped. Or maybe it’s starting in the middle of the night!

I’m not sure what you mean, would have to see your chart. A pre-ovulation temperature drop is a thing but I’m not 100% if that’s what you’re talking about.

Sorry I have totally gotten that the wrong way around… honestly I’m so ditsy sometimes it annoys me!
I meant to say when your temp RISES not drops!! Idiot I am!!
Ok I’ll try again so I’ll get my first peak on my fertility monitor and then the next day my temp will have risen! It always seems to be this way. So when my temp rises does that mean the whole ovulation process is over? The egg has expired? If so I’m thinking my ovulation period must be quite short!

Your temp rises when the egg has been released and you get a rise in progesterone. So temp rise means ovulation is over but egg still survives 24 hours after release which is why they say to dtd on ovulation day and day after.
