so my period is late by 8 days so i’ve no idea when i ovulate i had a ovulation test there and i just done it to see what would come up? is it normal to get this when you haven’t had a period

This is a negative test, there is always small traces of LH in our system. It’s positive if it’s as dark as or darker than the control line! Your period could be late for multiple reasons
