I really need advice ladies!!

I got a faint positive test on the 5th of march. Then between then and now I've had multiple negative tests so assumed I was out. This morning I have this on a easy at home strip which showed up in seconds, I feel like I'm going insane. Anybody experience similar?? Pictures of both tests included in post

They both look positive, that must be so confusing. Is there anyway you can do another test later today, maybe another brand to get a second opinion so to speak

It's all the negatives in between and the fact the lines still so faint that is worrying me!
I have a clear blue digital I was planning to use in a day or 2.
I've also got super bad nausea and sore boobs, and have had no bleeding to suggest a miscarry or ectopic, I have 3 children and never experienced this before

I did another of the same brand an a faint line showed up right away again. I have been testing negative with these same ones up until today
