I’ve been taking all the ingredients of ovum but now moved to ovum I’ve also just bought some impryl but just read the leaflet and a lot of the ingredients in the ovum can’t be taken with the impryl so I need to take one or the other. Any ideas which I should go with? Is one better than the other ? Many thanks x

For what it’s worth I was told to take inofolic alpha (for my pcos) and impryl is from the same company I believe (same website anyway!)

this was advice given by fertility specialist! So they did highly recommend both products one for my specific needs of course by said if I could take both more the better!

i haven’t started impryl yes as I have so many others I needed to get through at large cost ££ so giving them a chance before I invest. But i can see a huge improvement in my overall symptoms and regularity after just 1.5 boxes of Inofolic!

Not much help but something I hope 👌🏻

I'd go for ovum over impryl definitely. Ovum has q10 , ala, nac .. which is supposed to help with egg quality. Impryl isn't even providing you with the basics like vitamin d
