Why did af come a week early??

Hi. Been ttc since af started again after stopping breastfeeding ds and my cycles have been quite regular at around 35 days (36, 40, 37, 34, 35, 34) and then 29 days this month. Is this normal irregularity?

sounds totally normal to me. when did you stop bf? and what were your cycles like pre-ds?

Thanks for the reassurance! I stopped bf in the day in April and af came back in June - finally stopped completely in September (ds was 17 months). I can't really remember what my cycles were because before ds I was on the pill and my cycles never settled down before ds came along - very irregular for over a year. Before that they were regular enough for me not to notice or count days or anything.

having a baby & bf puts your body through a lot. the average cycle lasts 28 days, you only need to worry if your cycle is shorter than 22d or longer than 40.
