I would be grateful for anyone’s experiences…

We are TTC -although more of a if it happens, it happens situation.

yesterday is the first time I have caught my peak on LH urine dip, I have been testing but not religiously, more out of curiosity - I find it difficult due to work etc.

We DTD this morning, but since I have had an awful migraine, I feel dizzy and sick.

Potentially this is the first time we have actually DTD around ovulation and I have never felt like this before.

I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced this after DTD around the same time as having a peak LH test or potentially around ovulation.

Sorry, can’t see that there would be a connection between DTD during ovulation and feeling sick and dizzy/having a migraine.

SophT27 · 12/03/2023 15:44

@sukiwh I couldn’t see that there would be, but I woke up feeling great and this only come on after.

it’s never happened before. totally weird.

Maybe you’re exhausted from all the DTD! 😀

SophT27 · 12/03/2023 19:21

@sukiwh 😂😂 maybe. I’m now wondering if it was just unlucky timing and it’s just a migraine as I’ve felt off all day.

I get migraines around ovulation, fluctuating hormones make me feel crap. You’ll notice patterns and attach meaning things more if you’re tracking things now.

I feel so nauseous around ovulation. You’re probably just more aware of it because you know you’re ovulating whereas other months you wouldn’t notice or probably wouldn’t give it a second thought x

@Doesthepopeshitinthewoods and @MrsSB2023 you are probably both right. I would usually just brush things like that off but I suppose I would have been hyper aware. I’ll just keep an eye out next month for the same symptoms (especially if I don’t catch a peak on LH testing again). Thanks both.
