When should you test?

Can anyone tell me if it is ok to test in the afternoon or should you wait for the first one of the day? Waiting to go to loo, but just waiting for any advice first. Thanks

Absolutely sure, if the line was there with in 10 minutes, and she hasn't been on any meds that can effect it, she is 100% pregnant

no I didn't buy the test.
I was supposed to be resisting remember? You lot do nothing for one's willpower! .

I always wait until I'm five days late or more, as I've had false negetives in the past

Giving it to him for Birthay/Valentines day on Thursday.

Belgo me too, but I can't ever put off doing tests!

Twinkle, don't worry too much about the pain (unless it is extreme?) lot's of people, including me) have had pain in early pregnancy, similar to AF pain, then the muscles and organs start moving about and there are even more twinges and pangs to worry about!

I wouldn't try comparing the results, the lines could have either darkened or lightened and if todays is lighter than the other, you will then convince yourself something is wrong. Just relax, sit down and rest, you are allowed to now y'know
