When should you test?

Can anyone tell me if it is ok to test in the afternoon or should you wait for the first one of the day? Waiting to go to loo, but just waiting for any advice first. Thanks

Sorry, late DH arrived home from work and I had got carried away with my thread. He caught me clearing up after myself. I had to help children get ready for swimming.

Think I got a not so quite BFP not sure.

First line came up furthest away from dipping end immediately. A second line very faint came up between dipping point max line and the control line four minutes later.

I am going to contact the person I bought them from to see if this could still be a positive result.
