Progesterone and not ovulating

Got my blood test results back yesterday and my progesterone is very low, indicating that I’m not ovulating. This was the same last month and GP is a bit baffled as I’ve got regular periods and no prior indication of anything being wrong. Referral to fertility clinic is in. Has anyone had this and managed to conceive? I’m feeling really low and upset by it all.

I used something called Agnus castus when my progesterone came back low. I only had 1 test which isn't ideal as progesterone peaks and drops so it's a lottery getting it in the correct day you peak, but AC helped me. Bought it from Holland and Barrett and it's by A Vogel, drops you put in water daily (possibly 2x per day).
There's pregnancy vitamins that also contain it under the brand Vitex

I've had low progesterone when trying for baby #1. It caused us two MCs. But I did o ulate obviously since I got pregnant. I took progesterone vaginally and in 4mos I found out I was pregnant again and it stuck. He is 13mos now.
Happy they caught it early and hope you get the help you need. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 Hormones when off balance do the craziest things to your body....

@Nowhereelsetogo90 sorry to hear your results are less than ideal. The good thing is you now know what might be causing the issue and I think progesterone is pretty simple to fix. When i went for my day 21 test it also showed that i hadnt ovulated but i know i hadnt because i track. The following month i made sure to catch it during the day where the surge is highest which for me is around dpo 4.
Best of luck and baby dust, hope you get your bfp soon

I was told by 2 gynaes my progesterone is " very low" and "not normal " and I don't ovulate however that's not true as I have been ovulating obviously as i conceived in dec but lost it so i must be ovulating sometimes but not every month. Could be the month in which they tool the test you didn't ovulate so continue to keep trying until you get your referral
