Hello, looking for some advice on how to increase my short luteal phase. I conceived my DS on my 2nd cycle on a 9/10 day luteal phase. He's now 7 months old and we are on cycle 4 of TTC again but my luteal phase is now between 8 to 9 days! I've been taking b6 since January but it's not yet had any impact. I've also read that agnus castus, progesterone cream and acupuncture can help but unsure what is best to try first or if it's best to do all at once. Also does anyone have any experience going to the GP with luteal phase issues? Is this something we have to wait 12 months before any tests can be done/meds can be prescribed?

No advice via personal experience but I do know that progesterone cream can increase the luteal phase! Worth a try??
