I’ve made a post already about this but it got like 1 reply… I’m just so confused, really heavy AF yesterday, almost gone today and faint positives on tests… anyone else have this happen?

It could be heavy implantation bleed, it could be a chemical, it could just be a heavy bleed and everything is fine. It’s absolutely impossible to tell. Wait a few days and test again and see if the lines are darker, or see if your dr will check your blood. Not all will though. Unfortunately no one can tell you anything else, it’s just a case of wait and see

I’m just so confused because I was convinced I was pregnant this month, so many symptoms, and then yesterday I was bleeding really heavy and today it’s almost gone and I’ve had faint lines of like 6 different tests.. just gonna have to wait a few days but I was just hoping someone else had the same thing happen to them and could tell me their experience! Here’s a pic of my FRER this morning, it doesn’t look pink in the picture but I promise it was so pink in person

Sorry op but both times this has happened to me they were chemicals. It took a few days to get BFNs again. Get a blood test if you’re not sure. 💐

It’s okay I don’t have my hopes up, just would rather it was chemical than ectopic! When it happened to you was AF really heavy? Also did you test positive before AF?

The first day of my period is always pretty heavy so it wasn’t noticeably heavier than normal. I tested positive before AF, they were faint but clear, and never developed. The day I bled they were fainter and then gradually went away over a few days.

See the day I got AF I could see shadows of lines on tests but my boyfriend couldn’t see anything, and then AF came and I thought nothing of it, and these tests today are definitely darker than the other day because I’m not even wondering if it’s just line eyes, they even pick up on camera.. I’ll see in the morning if it gets darker I’ll call the doctor

This happened to me I went to the doctor and returned a negative test and followed by 10 days of bleeding was a chemical pregnancy unfortunately. I was glad I went in though because I needed a medication to slow the blood loss.

Jess1997 · 09/03/2023 01:44

My bleeding has completely stopped which is just making me even more confused, it was heavy all day yesterday then this morning I didn’t even have enough to fill a pad and nothing since then

OP posts:
FertieBertie · 09/03/2023 01:49

For me it started off as extremely light spotting then the next day nothing then the following day was a massive blood clot followed by a fountain of blood the 10 days was a mixture of light and heavy bleeding 🙈 keep an eye on the bleeding and definitely contact your doctor. Just for reassurance

Jess1997 · 09/03/2023 01:55

The other thing that’s throwing me off is I didn’t have a proper positive test before the bleeding started. Only shadows which could have just been line eyes

Definitely see the doctor they can do bloods which will tell you for certain. No guessing lines with that.
