This can't be real? 14dpo?

Morning all, just been in to settle my toddler at 4.00 in the morning, and had the urge to do a test (was convinced I was out) on my way back to bed. There's a vvfl... but I think I'm 13-14dpo, so it's far too light to be real, right? Could it be an evap? I have crazy stupid cycles, but think I ovulated two weeks ago, and AF due any day.

We've been trying for dc2 but not sure I can deal with this this month... So many plates spinning in my head.

Thoughts, and a handhold, please? Xx

Looks positive to me. I see pink. Was it read within the time frame?

hcopp · 08/03/2023 05:07

Hi MsDeanna36... Yup, it was. Yikes.

That’s what mine looked like at 11-12dpo! Best to wait another 2 days and try another, or get a blood test if you’re anxious as they’re much more reliable.

btw I tested constantly after my first incredibly faint line and it did me no good…convinced myself I was having a chemical because I was obsessed with “line progression.” Stupid!

hope it’s good news for you as sounds like you have a lot on! Cautious congrats x

Looks positive to me. My first test with DC1 was very faint and I was 1 day late took another 48 hours to get a clear positive you may just have implanted later. Congratulations x

OMG. It's real then. I will be happy about it soon, but it was literally only last night that I was having a bit of a breakdown on my DH over how much we've got going on right now... Guess I'd better add a pregnancy to the mix! 😳😊😵‍💫

So, anyone else's husband found out about a pregnancy because you had Partner Sharing turned on in Google Photos?! 😅 🤦‍♀️

@hcopp hahah.. that made me chuckle must be the modern way to reveal! Hope you’ve had a giggle about it! Congrats to you both ✨

Twoinapod · 08/03/2023 13:18

Congratulations definitely positive. Don’t worry about faint lines. It can take up to 12dpo to implant so the lines would be fainted than someone who implanted at 6dpo

VixFromThe6ix · 08/03/2023 14:15

Haha funny way to find out... congratulations mama!

hcopp · 10/03/2023 07:45

I'm sad. Treated again this morning (bottom test in both photos) and I'm pretty certain this pregnancy isn't going to stick. My first experience of a chemical 😢
