7dpo sharp pains

So this is our third official month of ttc, after November 2021 ending in MC at 7 weeks then August 2022 ending in MC at nearly 9 weeks. Both times only got BFP on day of period due.

This month we tracked ovulation, I hit ovulation on CD 17, we dtd 4 days running up to ovulation, then we dtd day of ovulation and two days after.

On 5dpo, I woke up bloated (I'm quite a small person so it stood out), constipated and gassy. Then at work I all of a sudden went a bit dizzy and had three sharp but short pains in my left ovary area.

Then yesterday at 6dpo I managed to go to the toilet but still feel a bit constipated, very bloated, had acid reflux midday, then had 2 sharp but short pains in my uterus area just below my belly button nearly 24 hours after the first pains. I'm 7dpo today and I've woken up with a bad headache and acid reflux. I obviously stupidly 🙄did an frer this morning which was neg, but a cheapie which seemed like a vvvv. Faint line however could be line eyes. Who knows.

Did anyone ever experience pain left sided then 24 hours later pain in uterus go on to have a positive. We are so hoping this is a sign. After our last 2 miscarriages and my OH being diagnosed with Rheumatoid recently (isn't going on medication due to ttc) we are so desperate for our happy ending. We're only 29, but seems like we've got to rush now due to diagnosis. Happy vibes please haha

@Bethpaigeox
I think I'd just test again tomorrow rather than symptom check, just as it heightens the disappointment if you're then not pregnant.
Fingers crossed you get a line tomorrow :) x

Can you share a pic of your test? I would be inclined to wait a few days and test again x
