How to bring forward ovulation

Hi everyone.
just wondering if it was possible to bring forward ovulation and how to do this if anyone has any advice?
Currently having my second chemical in as many months. Last month I ovulated CD 18 and then this month it was CD 21 according to my OPKs.

I found taking pregnacare pre conception helped me - my period went from 27-44 days (often 35 plus) to 30 days like clockwork for 6 months in a row. still Not pregnant though so not sure how much it helped!

I don't think you can bring ovulation forward.
Your cycles sound a little irregular and you may be able to improve that with acupuncture (although there's really no evidence to this), and I found losing weight sorted mine out (I wasn't obese, just a little heavier than ideal).
