Clearblue static smiley but lines look wrong

Got the static smiley (peak fertility) on Clearblue advanced digital OPK, but the lines on the test stick look like this. I thought the line nearest the arrow had to be as dark/darker than the other for static smiley? Or am I wrong?

I tried to confirm with a cheapy OPK later that day and got something similar (image of this in post too). Did CB just read this wrong and actually there was no LH surge?

Hey @lavender92 i am in same position as you trying to analyse clear blue lines!! I have read on here that we arent supposed to and that the reader will be correct however ive also read that it will pretty much match the other control line if static smiley! Im still on my flashing!! So yeh i mean im zero help to you! Your ic looks near enough the control line to me id take them both as positive personally! This is a mindfield!!
