Hi, i was really hoping for some sort of advice or guidance, i had my first ever BFP on Tuesday after a year of trying - this was the day before AF was due and was a strong line on FRER and 1-2 weeks on digi. I've been testing everyday since and the FRER has been progressing very slightly - still a dark line. In the middle of last night AF started with horrific cramps, i have fibroids and used to painful cramps but this was something else, I thought i was going to faint. Now i'm having usual AF and cramps, wondering if this is something i should get checked out? Or sounds like a standard early loss. Any experiences appreciated i am devastated but also worried xx

I've always had painful periods but the Mc I had was far more painful than a normal period even at only 7 weeks

@Sadieeee88 Id phone your local epu or GP just in case! If the pain was really bad it’s worth getting checked out xx

Hi hun I would get it checked out just to be safe . I had a chemical at start of jan and the pains weren't any more than usual period cramps. Everyone is different but it might ease your mind if you seek some medical advice if you feel something is not right .
