I've got a 1-2 weeks at 4weeks two days pregnant or 2 weeks 1 day post conception... I'm fearing the worst. Has anyone not had a 2-3 at this stage and gone one to have a healthy pregnancy?

Yes I did and had a successful pregnancy. Perhaps you ovulated later than you think or implantation took the full 12 days

Yes, he is now two :) It's normal to get a 1-2 just after four weeks.
