Ovulation bleeding .

Just wondering when you ovulate do you bleed ? And if you do bleed do you take that as you have already ovulated and you’ve missed your chance or there is still time ? I’m so confused with this TTC .Thank you

I bleed with ovulation, sometimes leading up to ovulation and sometimes once I’ve already ovulated. It’s normal to have some blood. The best way to tell if you’re ovulating is to LH test and find your peak! Ovulation usually occurs 8-48 hours after peak. Sex every other day in the fertile window is best!
