FRER & Clearblue

Hi sorry it's me again!

Ok so 2 weeks ago I had a probably false positive on a really cheap Amazon test that had terrible reviews- read the reviews after ordering, lesson learned.
Then on Friday just gone I had a very very super faint possible positive on FRER.
Today I have a Not Pregnant on a Clearblue Digital- it did take a while to show the result but maybe that's normal for digitals? I haven't used them before so not sure.

Anyway- having symptoms including exhaustion, insomnia, nausea, cramping, super emotional, light headedness, peeing more frequently... so I honestly don't know? Just totally confused and any thoughts would be appreciated.
It's also worth noting I have an 8 year old mirena coil that I am well aware needs removed 🙈 Husband and I aren't using any other protection, I haven't had a period since 2014 and we dtd most nights so have no idea of cycle.
Attached are pics of the FRER and the Clearblue, won't let me add the cheap Amazon one but it's on a previous thread of mine.

Thanks for reading and sorry it's rambling 🤪

I don't want to worry you, but I see a very similar thread yesterday and some people had a very similar story to you with a coil and everything... and they were told they had an ectopic pregnancy and or could be miscarrying. I would suggest going to your GP to rules any of these things out.

If I can find the thread I will come back and link it.

Faint positive tests? Also have the coil www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/4746832-faint-positive-tests-also-have-the-coil?msgid=-4746832#-4746832

Thank you. I think I may have commented on that thread, and yes that's part of my worry too 😢 I tried to get an appt with my doctor today but she's on annual leave so nothing until start of next week. X

Ah sorry to hear that OP. I don't have any experience myself hence why I could only go by what I see on the other thread.

Is there any chance you could push a bit harder and have another doctor see you in the meantime? I know it's so hard to get a GP appointment at the moment.

Inkypot · 22/02/2023 18:22

I think it's probably worth me trying to get another doctor like you say, it is like hens teeth finding appointments. Working all day tomorrow so might need to be Friday now.

Obviously if anything changes before that I won't just wait around! X

And sincerely thank you for answering my post, it means a lot when we're in the confused testing stage x

A lot of people have said frer are bad for indents, but digitals also aren’t as sensitive, although I’d expect it to show if you got a positive in Friday. I’d try another frer as there should be a stronger line by now if it is a positive,

Inkypot · 22/02/2023 20:30

Thank you, I'll check if I've any FRER left and try to do one of them tomorrow. I can't decide if it's an indent or very light positive, it's hard to tell 🙈 x
