Levest pill after 2 years

I have been off the pill for some time 1-2years. I had my first pregnancy and gave birth to twins on the 6.12.22
I have the pill again the levest but not sure how to start taking it again....
Do i wait for my period or can i take it now....
Please help thanks!

you can start a combined pill like levest at any point in your cycle HOWEVER you will not get contraceptive cover if you do not start it on the first day of your period and need to use extra protection for the first 7 days
”if starting on day 6 of cycle or later, additional precautions (barrier methods) necessary during first 7 days, tablets should be taken at approximately the same time each day”
