Hi, I'm in about the 6 month of ttc and have been reading about the bbt temperature, I decided to try it this month and have the rise but I'm not sure when that would of meant I have ovulated?Just a little confused and wondered if anyone could help 😊 I attached a image of my chart thankyou

@Hooper1995 the app you're using would presumably adjust your days to show you when you ovulated depending on the inputted data. It looks like CD16 to me as you have a new phase pattern starting below your CD number.
