Am I having enough sex?!

As the title says - am I having enough sex for conception?!

Roughly have sex around 9 times a month - mainly in my fertile window. We try to follow sperm meets egg and I heavily track ovulation.

I also have only got one working fallopian tube as the other is blocked. Sex is generally quite difficult for me as I suffer with vaginismus so I'm struggling with the physical (sex hurts) as well as mental side of ttc with only one working tube.

Am I having enough sex? It just feels like it won't happen naturally due to only having one working tube ;(

Yes, you are definitely having enough sex. It's about timing and luck. You seem to know your timing, so hopefully everything will work out just fine.

One thing I would say when you are TTC, don't label the sex you are having is because you are TTC. Stress is a major factor in delaying falling pregnant, my own experience has proven this. Have sex when you want, don't force it, don't stress about it all, just try and relax and enjoy the experience....and try and not think about TTC.

Just wanted to add Preseed is good as a lubricant if you’re finding sex painful.
I suffer from recurrent UTIs (aggregated by sex) and find lubricant does help

My partner has a reaction to pre seed 😩 It's so frustrating as it does help me a lot as that's also a lot of the issue!! I'm looking at conceive plus instead but I assume the ingredients are similar.
