TTC Nov/DEC 23 babies using SPEM

Thinking of trying the SPEM method this cycle to TTC. Had my implant removed mid November going into cycle 5 TTC no1.
currently use the clear blue advanced digital OPK.

Has anyone used the SPEM method before and it’s been a success ? Looking for some proper feedback as it’s not like the website will post bad reviews 😂.

Hi, I’m on cycle number 5 ttc baby number 3.
I used spem method last month and it worked but unfortunately ended in another chemical (2 in 4 months now!) but yes it does work! Good luck x

Hey, I’m hoping it works my DH and I have been trying for 3 cycles even with clearblue digital no luck. So trying the SMEP this cycle. On CD12 right now, usually ovulate around CD22 fingers crossed we get lucky/don’t get too tired 😂🙈 good luck, lots of baby dust to all x

Hello! TTC no3, 6th cycle. Pos OPK this morning so will be starting the 3 in a row today. Am 40, so feeling apprehensive it will never happen for us
