So last month for the first time I didn't get a positive ovulation test and now no AF also several BFN, have had extremely light periods for the last 6+ months. waiting on a fertility clinic appointment for further investigations but any test I have had from GP look la normal no PCOS possibly low AMH going to have this done again by the fertility clinic. Has anyone experienced anything similar ? I'm getting increasingly worried that I'm going into early menopause I'm only 35

Hi,
I had regular periods, although some shorter ones since summer, then in November I didn't think i ovulated but didn't think too much in to it until I didn't get my period in December. I didn't ovulate in December either. I finally got a period mid January but don't think I ovulated at all. After missing one period I pested the GP enough to get bloods and some were abnormal, I then booked a private fertility appointment/scan, I then got my period and got day 3 bloods done which were more normal but my estrogen was through the roof, my amh is very low (I'm 34), and I was terrified I had no eggs left which is why I wasn't ovulating.
Anyway, had the scan done and I have a cyst on one ovary and a tumour on the other one, I've had an MRI and will get results next week and will probably need the ovary removed. Which explains all my cycle irregularities and weird bloods.
Don't wait for the NHS scan it will take months, do it privately and if any problem they refer to NHS gynae 2 week wait.
The other cyst is normal and will go by itself then hopefully I can get some clomid and get pregnant with one ovary.
But if you feel something isnt right, don't waste time. I KNEW something wasn't right.
Hopefully all okay for you xx

I'm in the same boat. I usually have a cycle length of 26-28 days. Have had 2 miscarriages and a CP in 2022. My first period after the most recent MC was normal in January, but I'm 5 days late now for this month - CD 34.
This month I tracked my BBT and used OPKs. Although I got a positive OPK my BBT has been all over the place. I've also had really painful twinges around ovulation for about 4-5 days. I'm starting to worry something is wrong, I had to have 2 x misoprostol and a D&C for the last MC. Even though the scans came back normal afterwards, I am worried it's done something.
I'm glad I'm not alone in this but hope you get some answers. Could you call your GP?
I'm 35 and have been trying for a year.

Just to update after reading the thread I called my GP explained my symptoms and they wanted to see me today. I had to book an appointment for tomorrow, but will update with any information tomorrow after the appointment. I don't know if it's the history of miscarriage that made them treat it as urgent.

Hi - wanted to update just in case anyone else ends up in this position. My GP saw me and made me take a pregnancy test which was of course negative, and then I had to wait a week to see if my period arrived and go back to the GP to update/further discussion. My AF did arrive on CD38 but was only 3 days long. I went to GP who requested routine bloods and booked me for an ultrasound which I'm attending today to see if there's anything happening inside. Bloods are next week. It's crushingly slow. I discussed ashermans/adhesions with GP hence scan.
In the meantime I have had an AMH test via superdrug (! Modern tech!) Which was very very low. This means I won't be eligible for NHS IVF if I need it and on top of whatever is going on right now, my ovarian reserve is almost run out. I had a phone assessment with the recurring miscarriage clinic who have also requested specific bloods to rule out other reasons for the losses and following these - which will take 8 weeks - I'll be on the wait list for a consultant review.
As it stands I think I can't get pregnant due to potential adhesions which will take forever to get sorted, and then by the time it is, I'll likely be infertile due to the low AMH. FML.
Will update again when I have more info.

@justsayso I'm 34 and had an AMH of <0.2. FSH 38.2. Periods went missing for 2 months, had a private scan and had cysts, then other scans etc. 2 weeks later I got pregnant.

Oh god ladies. Why is it so bloody hard 😅 I’m reading all of your posts and it just baffles me - I’m in a similar position in the sense that I was told I’d likely need IVF (after an endo operation), we had a chemical in November after years of trying (which came as a big surprise), then all of a sudden my always regular periods have this month stopped.
Im 31 this month - BFN constantly, I just don’t know what’s happening! You pray to be late, and now it’s BFN 😂 you can’t wait for AF to come… you can not bloody win.
waiting for our appt with gynae who will likely then refer to fertility so it’s a very long game. Who knew this would be the case - my heart breaks for us all!
