I am really struggling with trying to navigate my period after stopping the depo this time round. My first time round my period was completely back to normal about 4/5 months after my last depo shot. I had my last one this time round in August, other than slight blotting around 6 weeks ago there has been so sign of anything. However, over the last week I have been really hormonal and emotional which is so not like me, as well as bloating and horrendous back ache with cramps which aren't so bad.
Looking to hear other people's stories, I get everyone's is different but I'd love to know whether these are sign I should expect it soon?!
