Clear blue fertile days tests

When do you dtd? I've just ordered some coming Thursday. According to flo app my best chance is today & 2 more days but cheap ovulation stick tests are negative, well faint pink line. Also According to app I am only cycle day 6.
I'm not sure how the clear blue texts work with the smiley faces .

Hmm, something isn’t adding up on the app of its telling you you’re fertile but only on day 6, unless you have super short cycles!
I would go off the ovulation sticks and monitor CM. I get other symptoms around ovulation like sore boobs, high sex drive and sometimes get ovulation pain as well as EWCM.
The clear blue tests detect an LH surge but they are apparently more sensitive than the strips and can detect it earlier than it actually is so I’d do both if you can.
The CB will detect when LH starts to rise and give you a flashing smiley face, when your LH is at its peak it will give a static smiley face. After this you’re supposed to ovulate 12-36 hours later so best to have sex when you get a flashing and the day of and after static or when you get a positive strip test (control line darker then test line).

The best time to test LH is between 12-6pm not first thing in the morning

Sorry cervical mucus, around ovulation it’s normally clear and stretchy like egg whites, not everyone gets it/notices it though but it’s a good indication that you’re in your fertile phase
