Clear Blue BFN Frer BFP maybe?

Hi everyone, we’re currently trying for our first baby, came off the pill on October had my first real period in December and my second in January. Period is 2-3 days late and earlier last week I had strange pains in my left side, been feeling just a bit odd in myself and feeling like I need to wee more, and more discharge than normal.

Took a clear blue digital my first ever pregnancy test last night and it said not pregnant, so I thought maybe the things I was feeling were psychosomatic, but took a Frer today and got these lines. What do you think? Anyone else at the same stage?

😬

You are pregnant 😊 Congratulations!

@Tulips23 that's definitely positive! Frer are more sensitive than clear blue so I'd say you can trust that. Also first morning urine much more reliable for testing than at night. I'd suggest testing again first thing tomorrow morning, a frer if you can.
I've had positives on frer for two days and a positive regular clear blue today but digital clear blue said not pregnant (it was midday which was silly of me to waste a digital one not using morning wee!)
Congratulations!!!

Ahh gosh it’s all the feels isn’t it, trying not to get too carried away. Thank you, will do another one tomorrow and see what it’s like and maybe try and wait a few more days and then do a clear blue digital. Can’t believe it. 😱

So that's a definite positive. However if you are 2-4 days late on your period then presumably you are at least 14 days post ovulation? Digitals aren't as sensitive as first response but they are more sensitive than people probably realise and well over 90% accurate from the day of your missed period and also don't have to be taken with first wee after that day. So I guess what I'm trying to say here is you're definitely pregnant but your hcg levels should definitely be at a level to get a positive digital by now so I'd be cautious. If you continue to have strange one sided pain I'd also speak to an EPU to rule out an ectopic x

@mybunniesandme thank you, yes definitely still feeling cautious. One sided pain was on and off only for about 36 hours last week, possibly implantation. I don’t know, I’ve been reading into every little niggle. Slight cramps now, but more general and not isolated to a side.
