Do you always have implantation bleeding?

no, I have had 2 pgs and no implantaion bleeding with either.

never in 4 pregnancies (although one was MC)

I didn't have in either of my 2 pregnancies. Didn't have any of those early symptoms what so ever actually.

I didn't have any with any of my sucessful pregnancies but did have 1 tiny spot with one of my M/C's

No implantation bleeding in my two pregnancies. Extreme tiredness was my first sign, (so much so that I fell asleep sitting talking to my mum ) Then the queasiness started.

No implantation bleeding any of my 3 pregnancies (one MC) I did, like someone else said though, get cramps with my last two pregnancies (one normal healhty PG, one MC).
