WWYD TTC now or wait ?!

They say it's never the right time but I'm 38 and want to try again for my 3rd I've got two 10
Year twins and unfortunately had 2 miscarriages last year. I've been told now I will
Need heparin on my next pregnancy.
I have waited over 6 months and feel
Ready now but we have booked a European hol abroad in summer for a week.

Im not sure whether to wait until
After the hol as if I do conceive in next few months concerned about
1.will they let me fly and have insurance with heparin.

1. Flying under 12 weeks can carry a risk of miscarriage.
2. Something happening and in a diff country.

I know it may take me a longer to conceive anyway but anyone advice I would really appreciate! Thankyou

If you want number 3 and it didn't happen later you'd always wonder if you hadn't waited would it have happened. Make sure you have good travel insurance in case and crack on (covering both if you need to cancel and if you'd need medical treatment there).

@indieray I'm 37 and wanting no.2. Given my age I don't think I'd prioritise anything that would mean holding off on TTC for several months. As @FlyingHighFlyingLow said, get good travel insurance and go with it. I think if you were looking back when you hit menopause you would have more 'what ifs' if you hadn't maximised trying every cycle possible. Best of luck!

@indieray if it helps I flew at around 10 and 12 weeks with Fragmin injections, they weren't an issue at all! In fact after doing everything I had to (put them in the correct bag, seperate to other meds, with a doctors letter and copy of prescription etc) not once did my bag get searched! Good luck 😊
