Slow line progression?

Has anyone had slow line progression and it not end up a chemical pregnancy? I had one in November and so scared it’s happening again.
Lines are barely increasing, I’m prepared for it now but still have a small amount of hope.

What tests are these? They look like cheapy ones. I wouldn’t expect to see much on these until later. Try getting a double pack of frer or even CB at this stage should be fine.

BoyMamaChloe · 08/02/2023 13:17

I've never used these tests before but I would definitely try frer or cb before worrying too much. I have only had lines this faint at 14dpo with a chemical (not trying to scare you!) but definitely try a more reliable test first. Attached a pic of my line progression for reference - I'm 14dpo today x

The first line to me looks like an evaporation line as it’s slightly more in the middle of the test than the second one and also I can’t see any colour in the line whereas your 14dpo I can see the red dye in the line! So I would take this as your first positive.. test again in 2 days with the same test or try a different brand test! Good luck xx

@Twoinapod hi, they are just off Amazon but are meant to be ‘early ones’ I did some frer Monday and yesterday but have run out now x

@BoyMamaChloe hi! Thanks for replying. I know what you mean about the lines, they should be darker for this dpo.
I did a frer on Monday and yesterday and this was the outcome but I’ve ran out now.
Just got my mind in overdrive but trying to stay positive, I’m not hopeful x

@TTC0123 I see what you mean, I just think it should have been a lot darker for 14dpo.
I’m full of doubt but guess I can’t be sure unless I start bleeding x

I’m sorry you’re full of doubt but honestly everyone is different! You could have implanted the day you got your first faint positive and it’s on its way up! Hang in there xx

BoyMamaChloe · 08/02/2023 14:30

@Mrsrobinsonx staying positive is all you can do for now! As much as it's torture, you're not out unless AF arrives. Keeping everything crossed for you xx

Mrsrobinsonx · 08/02/2023 14:54

@TTC0123 @BoyMamaChloe
Thank you both, really appreciate it. I guess it’s a waiting game x

I never get a strong line until a week after my period is due.

There is a clear line on all tests, you are pregnant. Try (I know it's hard!) not to worry, there is nothing you can do but wait.

Mrsrobinsonx · 08/02/2023 15:40

@philautia oh really? That’s reassuring. I think my period is due tomorrow or maybe Friday.
Yes you’re right, they are still showing pregnant so I should just believe that for now, it’s just hard not to worry after the last time x

philautia · 08/02/2023 17:33

Yes, really! Some people do get early results on a test (as you have) and some get a dye stealer on the day period is due but everyone is different.

If you want to keep testing, do it at the same time every other day.

Good luck!

Mrsrobinsonx · 10/02/2023 12:39

Update - another chemical for me unfortunately.
