1dpo... cycle buddies?

Hi everyone, I'm currently around 1dpo ( haven't tested opks this month ) decided to do a relaxed approach instead. I doubt this will be my cycle like every other cycle that it just hasn't happend in BUT, we won't loose faith!

My cycles are around 26 days long - anyone else 1dpo or similar and want to chat? :)

Hey! Think I'm 2/3dpo on my third cycle since periods finally returned after last pregnancy/breastfeeding. This bit of cycle always drags doesn't it?! I'm 37 so conscious that things might take a while.. trying to enjoy the journey but also feeling impatient! I came off the pill January 2022 but my periods didn't return until I fully weaned my little one so I'm counting 'officially trying' as from November. Hoping for a BFP soon as ideally don't want a massive age gap!

Hello! I’m 5dpo today on our 7th cycle TTC #2, fell first time with our daughter so definitely leading up to the worried stage of ‘is anything wrong??’
but not much CM at all so assuming the worst already!
maybe I need to take a leaf out of your book and try a relaxed approach!

@TTC0123 ah bless you, it's so hard to keep calm and rational isn't it. Do you feel like you're managing to DTD around ovulation each month? A couple of our cycles haven't been great so I wasn't particularly expecting anything. This time we managed a few so feeling more hopeful but who knows?!

Isn’t it just! Each month just gets a little harder too doesnt it!
Yes we are! We DTD every day from the end of my period to 2 days after ovulation hahah don’t even ask. We were both crying out for the break after but I felt like it was the only thing we hadn’t tried so anything is worth a go 😅
it only needs 1 so fingers crossed!!

@TTC0123 oh wow! That is dedication! Feel we need to up our game!! 😆 Was this the first cycle you were so dedicated? Everything crossed for you then!

I’d say from November we really got into our game! But normally every other day over my fertile period but that wasn’t working so we shall see! I’m still breastfeeding our 17month old but periods came back normal after 3 month even with exclusively breastfeeding so hoping that’s not hindering at all! Hopefully this being your 3rd cycle is lucky for you x

@BellsB1 hello! Welcome! Gargh it is suuuch a long 2 weeks isn't it?! Although with my First I was getting certain indications by 8/9dpo so I think if I don't notice similar things I will write the cycle off before the full 2 weeks... Although of course every pregnancy is different so you can never be completely sure!!

1dpo too! First baby I managed to hold out and wait till I was about 16dpo to test but DH is going away when my AF is due so I'm going to splurge on a CB early detection test and test next Sunday.

hey can i join you! im not sure what dpo i am as my AF's are super irregular and hasnt returned since my MC in jan, we've only just decided to try again so im going from the first day of unprotected sex just until AF arrives and i can figure it out properly... does that make sense or am i talking nonsense lol

My cycle length varies hugely and I'm not testing ovulation atm, so I could be anywhere from 9dpo to 4dpo (if I actually ovulated!) Cycle 1 TTC #1.

Hi. This is my 5th cycle actively ttc, using opks..however my partner and I have been having unprotected sex for a year, not tracking. This cycle - I've used the menstruation cup method after sex. Hope this is my cycle!! I'm on 3 dpo now.

@SnookyPook thankyou. your right, not alot else i can go by at the minute lol i've been cramping this morning, like AF is about to arrive so i dont think this month is it for me. Although it could possibly be implantation cramps 😄

hi I’m 5dpo today. Confirmed ovulation with opk on the 4th done my follicle tracking and had 3 juicy follicle 3 days before ovulation as well. I’m trying with clomid it was my first month on clomid as 7 natural months wasn’t successful. Also Used consieve plus gel and we DTD 7 days in a row leading to ovulation and last day it was on the day of ovulation. 5th my opk was negative so I assume I ovulated on the 4th or even 3rd in the evening. Fingers crossed for all of us this month

I'd love to join! Only started trying at the beginning of this year so this is round 2. Using OPKs for the first time this month and had positive OPK at CD13 yesterday, still high and possibly peaked this morning so I imagine I'm like -1DPO at the moment😅

@Mauhea hi! Argh I always think this first half of the tww is the worst! No point even symptom spotting really as pre-implantation! Saying that I am of course (at 4dpo) on high alert for every possible sign 🤦🏼‍♀️😆

Tmi warning ⚠️ I've just had extremely stretchy discharge, I felt it come out. It was 6 inch stretchy. This isn't normal for me at only 4dpo so fingers crossed its a good sign!

@Kate33ttc ooh interesting. I had some unusual watery discharge yesterday but 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm trying desperately to not overthink everything!! This is the worst bit of cycle isn't it?!

Yes 🙃 7dpo today had the worst migraine and nausea last night and woken up today with a record high BBT.. anyone had similar?

how does everyone manage not to test. i wish i hadnt brought any strips. i know its way way too early to even think about testing but i did this morning. i just think how daft i am to even do it lol i keep getting cramps which is super annoying as i keep thinking its AF but nothing yet. It's day 3 of cramping on and off i think

@boysmum23 I've always had fairly good willpower so just manage to not do it! It's partly because I also don't want the disappointment of a chemical/really early loss... I figure if I'm pregnant this month I'll just be a bit more certain by AF day and if not then I'll know soon enough and not waste a test...?! Works for me 😜

I tested twice already on day 4dpo and 6dpo I know I know lol of course it was BFN
