Ovulation testing

Those of you work away from the home, how on earth do you ovulation test twice a day?! When the first one shouldn't be your first wee of the day? Do you just do 2 in the evening? I should add I only work in a tiny office and the toilets are public.

Why do you need to do it twice a day? I only did it once a day, when I got home from work around 6pm. I only did it twice once I saw it rise (I got excited as it took ages) then I did it before I left for work and again when I got back. It’s usually recommended once a day, between 10am and 8pm but the same time each day. Some say to do twice a day during your fertile period but once a day will still catch your peak day.

Once a day will be enough. There’s no point doing two in the evening as it won’t be long enough to see any change, if you can’t do any in work just keep it as once a day and maybe try to squeeze in an extra one when you see it rise

I took absolute desperate measures haha a plastic cup and test with me to work, pee’d in the cup dipped the test, cup in the bin, test back in the wrapper into my pocket and checked it when back out of the toilet.. no judgment hahaha needs must!

This was mine today.. went from low to peak to low in the space of less than 8 hours... So I'm glad I tested more than once or would have completely missed my peak!
I'd personally do it in a plastic cup then throw it away 😅x

Okay so that wasn't my peak after all... Confused!! Aha...
