Hi, i got pregnant in december, unfortunately it didnt stick and lost it mid jan. I cant count on af as i know it can be messed up after a mc but its been a week since me and DH had our first unprotected sex but he did use the pull out method previous to that, today i've been feeling very off.. light cramps, feeling sick, shooting pains 'down there' and on and off tingling in my nipples.
i haven't had AF since my MC so wondering if i have caught this soon after or if AF is on its way and im just getting some weird symptoms from that with it being the first one?
