Hi, can anyone shed any light on whether I should be concerned about low BBT in the luteal phase?
There has been an increase after ovulation but very gradual and not too high?
TIA

Does it still register as ovulation by Fertility Friend or whichever app you use?

I’m in the same position at the moment, got a very positive opk on Friday but I’m 3dpo today and barely had a rise.. what temp are you averaging at?

Hi both, I’ve attached an image of my chart from Kindara. I had the Clearblue digital which said that I had a peak so I think I still ovulated?
Where are yours sitting @TTC0123 ?

That looks very neat I must say! I don’t think you need to worry about that 🤞🏽 Fingers crossed for you, mine is very sporadic 🫠 (but similar temp at the moment) my peak opk was the 17th

Ahh thank you, that’s reassuring. Can’t help but worry about everything! 🤦🏼‍♀️ Definitely still looks like you had a rise after day 17 though, fingers crossed they stay that way for you 🤞🏻 It’s just 6 temps higher than the 3 previous from what I’ve read? (Although very new to all of this!)

Ooh I’ve not heard that before! You definitely have 6 that are higher than your last! That might just be the norm for you? I’m hoping the next 3 days stay higher for me then too 🤞🏽 I’m with you on the worrying about EVERYTHING.. impossible not to right, if you are still worried you could try getting some progesterone cream for next month I think that’s my plan if this month isn’t the one x

Hopeful901 · 06/02/2023 20:20

Yeah I’ve just seen other people posting say that, but most charts I’ve seen have a steeper rise. It is pretty impossible not to 🤦🏼‍♀️ I didn’t know progesterone cream was a thing but I’ll have a look into it, thank you!
