Hi all! As the title suggests, I have set this up as a space for those of us who are TTC and in that long wait between ovulation and when AF is due!
So, to kick us off... I have been TTC #2 since November. Had one chemical in that time and now well into the TWW with AF due on Tuesday! After spending a lot of money on early tests / having the disappointment of a chemical I am now avoiding early testing and will instead wait until AF is late, but zero judgement on anyone who likes to test early - I totally get the urge!

I kept tracking my BBT so I think I should be able to work out my next ovulation duo 🤞🏼 not sure how my cycles will mess up because of this though xx

@GemLou88 thanks for asking lovely, I'm alright in quite a bit of pain and it's just a stark reminder of what's happening. trying to not overthink/blame myself but it's hard, fingers crossed for next month. How are you doing? Xx

@Angelselevenx don’t blame yourself. Nothing you have done has caused this. Unfortunately it’s quite common which is really sad. I had one between my mmc and conceiving my little boy. Sending lots of love xx
I’m ok. Just waiting for AF now. Not sure if I didn’t ovulate this cycle, but I’m getting a lot of egg white-ish cm and cramps.

@Angelselevenx nothing much happening on my chart either

@GemLou88 I know, and you don't realise how common it is until it happens. I didn't even know chemical pregnancies were a thing until the last few weeks! I'm sorry to hear of your losses, but it's nice to know there is hope of conceiving. Did you conceive your little boy quickly after your CP? I've seen a few people have BFP after a CP.

I wonder if you ovulated CD16/17? Are you tracking OPK? Sorry I can't remember xxx

@Angelselevenx I had the CP the cycle after my first bleed since the mmc, then the cycle after the CP I conceived my little boy. Hopefully your next BFP comes quickly and sticks.
I have carried on with the LH tests. Peak (with clear blue digital) cd22, LH has dropped and not risen again since

Ah okay, so that ties in with the big temp drop as well? It may be that your sleep has been different which is why your temp has dropped slightly? Bbt is good when we know what's going on but when don't it's bloody confusing 🤣

@GemLou88 I'm doing fine thanks, according to my app ovulation is due Saturday and today I've had lots of EWCM, so things seem to be on track 🤞🙏 DTD today and will try to go again tomorrow then into another TWW we go!

App is predicting AF on Wednesday for me. But my temp took a nose dive today and getting some weird cramps. So hopefully AF will be here sooner

@Angelselevenx it could be my sleep. Little man’s sleep has changed a bit so it’s affecting my sleep. Definitely is confusing 😂😂

@GemLou88 that probably makes sense! Do you feel like AF is coming? My temp dropped even lower today so taking yesterday as CD1 🤷🏽‍♀️ started taking my LH today too just to see as the CP may mess up my cycles x

@Angelselevenx it might change your cycle. I used to have a 28/29 day cycle, the cycle after my chemical would have been a 36 day cycle and I ovulated late in CD26
I felt cramps this morning and a bit heavy like AF was coming. But nothing now 🤷‍♀️ just a weird cycle

@GemLou88 oh really, I did think it might although weirdly my LH isn't looking super low with the OPK I did this morning, I haven't put into into an app yet but it's definitely higher than I'd expect it to be.

I've also been searching high and low ways of increasing progesterone levels naturally incase that played a part and I'm going to start having a leafy green (spinach, kale, mango, cucumber, apple and coconut milk) smoothie each morning to increase the nutrient and spinach/kale are known for increasing progesterone levels apparently!

has anyone ever had jelly like CM before. I’ve got quite a bit at the moment. Thicker and more jelly like that EWCM. App is predicting AF tomorrow but never had this before

Hey Ladies,
the longest cycle I’ve had after coming off the pill is 36 days. Today I’m CD31, and got a peak and static smiley. I did get a static smiley but no peak on cd22 but can’t have ovulated. Looks like a very late ovulation for me. Temp dropped too. Very strange cycle. Hope everyone else is doing ok x

@GemLou88 36 days! How long have you been off the pill now? Have you tested for a BFP yet? Hopefully your cycles become a little more regular soon xx

@Angelselevenx I came off the desogestrel pill the end of October last year. I know it can take a while for cycles to become regular after coming off the pill. I did do a test yesterday alongside a LH test but it was negative. So didn’t bother with a PG test today with the peak.

@GemLou88 oh bless you, it's such a difficult journey and I wish days away until ovulation etc.

That second LH test looks like peak to me, maybe you're going to ovulate late this cycle like you said.

I'm okay thank you, my LH is fairly high still after the CP but I'm still bleeding annoyingly. Hoping that's going to stop soon. The second graph photo my temp is clearly coming down a bit but no idea when I'll ovulate truly xx

@Angelselevenx honestly feel like I’ve been through the tww twice this cycle 😂😂 just glad it’s finally happened. I’m sure it will sort itself out soon and my BFP isn’t that far away 🤞🏻
Hopefully your bleeding stops soon and you don’t have to wait too long for ovulation xx

I see so many positive stories about people getting pregnant after a CP but I don't want to get my hopes up incase it doesn't happen xx

I have read that women are more fertile after a loss. Fingers crossed it will be the same for

I believe I am now 3dpo... if correct I DTD at the peak times so fingers crossed! (Again! 🫣)

Hey @peaky297 looks like we’re syncing again. How you getting on?
The longest cycle I’ve even had. I’m on CD33 today but I’ve definitely ovulated now. OPK’s have been really dark, lots of EWCM and had ovulation pain on Sunday so taking it I’m 1 or 2dpo now. But I was expecting my temp to rise quite a bit, it’s only risen slightly. It could be because my sleep the last couple of nights haven’t been great thanks to my 2yo.

Also only dtd twice in my fertile window so don’t know if it will be enough for this cycle
