Implantation bleeding

7 days post ovulation i had some pink and brown discharge. Could this be implantation bleeding? Please see photo.

i think everyones implatation bleeding is different, with my previous pregnancies mine we're more like a light period with cramps, i only knew i was pregnant because i tested before it started or id of thought it was my period coming on.
