Hi all,

im looking for advice from those who often get positive OPK readings for two or more days. My positive results usually last at least 48 hours, and it’s confusing me in terms of pinpointing when I’m ovulating. I can’t temp because I’m breastfeeding and cosleeping.
do you think I should count ovulation from the beginning of surge (first strong positive result ) + 24-36 hours, or from end of surge last strong positive + 24-36 hours?
does anyone have experience?

You will ovulate around 24 hours after your peak, you may get several days of positives before you get a peak. If using strips get the premom app, it interprets the tests so you can see your peak
