Hi, we’ve been trying for almost two years and both very healthy but for some reason it’s not happening. When we have sex and he ejaculates, sometimes i can feel it leaking out of me while it’s happening and some of it can end up on the highest part of my inner thigh right next to my vagina or i can feel it a few seconds later sort of dribbling down the back. I’m honestly not sure if this is hindering our chances or not and i don’t know if it’s normal. anyone else experienced this or know how to correct this? i know he’s inside me (i mean i’m sure he is!) but i don’t know why this happens

I used to lie on my back for a bit to keep it in. Probably not really necessary though. As it's been 2 years maybe see the gp to get things moving on waiting lists in case you need investigations or fertility treatment

I searched about this when ttc and everything said not to worry about anything leaking back out, what needs to be in there would be! That being said I tried the ferti lily and laid in bed for 10 mins after just in case xx

Unlikely as if he ejaculated inside you there's still sperm in you . Any amount of sperm can cause a pregnancy. Same happens with us , it runs out ,plus i usually need to pee shortly afterwards but I got pregnant last month( lost it) ( and his sperm test wasn't good either , we've actually been referred for to clinic) so from my experience, no I absolutely don't think it will prevent you getting pregnant.

There may be another issue going on that's stopping you getting pregnant.
I'd contact gp if to arrange for some tests.
By the way if its really bothering you , there's little fertility cups you can buy. They work like a plug . I've never tried them tho

TMI but a orgasm afterwards (for you) helps keep those little swimmers in there. That then lay on your back for 10 mins.

Unsure if this will help, but I didn't realise this until very recently after trying for 13 months...
Apparently sperm that has been sat around for more than 3 days is no good and it's too old ... so make sure he "empties the tank" ready the day before you need to DTD
I thought the more the better, but apparently not ☺️
Good luck xx

Get a fertilily it will keep everything in and push his swimmers up your cervix

apparently like 99% of semen comes out. Semen not sperm. it's just the liquid though not the actual sperm who are already swimming up your vagina. so don't worry.

Saying that if TTC then no harm in staying lying down for a while
